i workout at home so i feel like that helps immensely for me cause all i gotta do is go down to the basement so most of the time im just in pjs lol but idk i always give myself a goal of 4 -5 days with a rest day in between most of the time and with my low energy days stick to a simple all on the ground 10 min workout with light and/or no weights just so im moving which i also think really helps with the consistency, i wish i had a better answer lol but i really just force myself to do it most days cause i know it makes me feel good afterwards and especially as someone with a chronic illness and needs to stay healthy to help with pain and other things
