STH: TGW Chapter Fifty: The Story Of Fifty Years Ago has been updated! Be sure to check it out! 
          
          Shadow reunites with Eggman after successfully destroying Knothole with Snively, Omega and Metal Sonic. On Angel Island, the merciless ruler reveals his plans horrible next steps. 
          At Seaside City, the Freedom Fighters mourn what was lost and conjure a new plan to take Robotnik down. There, they discover Eggman may be at the long abandoned, sunken “Space Colony Ark.” 
          In this chapter fifty special, Shadow’s plan comes to be and time is of the essence if our heroes want to save the world.

It’s wild to me that, with more chapters unreleased, there’s only three chapter left in STH:TGW.
          
          Damn. 
          This book has taken me almost TWO YEARS to complete! Wow! My writing journey has seen incredible improvements lol, and I’ve only been able to keep doing this because of all of you.
          
          Every. Single. One. Of. You.
          
          Without you guys I never would’ve even discovered writing being a massive hobby of mine. Without you guys I never would’ve thought I’d want to be a writer one day.
          
          And now, four years from when I first discovered this world in COVID times, I’ve not only been given the gift to write books from my other interests- but I can create my own worlds and people and relationships and discoveries.
          
          Thanks to all of you, I can make my dream a reality. 
          I have started working on MY OWN SERIES, but it’s too early to make a formal statement yet.
          
          Still, I suppose with my first (proper (and one I’m proud of lol)) book coming to an end, I wanted to thank you all for getting me to here.

STH: TGW Chapter forty nine: Find Home has been updated!
          
          The group reunites and Sonic’s health begins to become alarming. But his friends’ concerns are disrupted by the sudden attack on Knothole! It’s all or nothing and the Freedom Fighters may just lose it all.

Was asked recently about certain characters, like Knuckles, and if their history will be talked about in the SR series.
          
          Knuckles particularly has such a rich history that I’m saving it for a later time, so it has the breathing room to be properly explored (not to say it’s the exact same as the Archie story).
          
          The Great War mostly focuses on characters like Sonic and Sally, but truthfully is a larger scope on the effect Eggman has on the whole world. This is done to really show just how small the FF’s are against him.
          
          Later installations WILL analyse these characters more- as that’s kinda the point of this whole series. It’s my love letter to the franchise and to those silly colourful mobians- so they will each get their time to have their history explored. I don’t want to rush any of that.
          
          Many character stories like Amy and Tails have been briefly discussed or shown, but they will get so much more. Shadow is explored in the third and final part of the book and Rouge is pretty much a complete mystery! 
          
          It’s only the first story out of many to come, so there’s plenty of time to show off these wonderfully weird characters. They’re the biggest drive for the books so I’d hate to rush them. The motivations and emotional weight all rest on them- and to me it’s the same in Sonic Games too. The characters are so wonderful that we end up caring about their whole world and safety because we care about them (no matter how silly the stories can get). 
          
          So yeah, each and every character will get their time to shine. They all deserve their moments without rush and with care.
