Paul A. Smith works as a software engineer and has picked up writing as a hobby. 

In addition to writing, Paul has a passion for electronics and 3D printing. The Open-Smartwatch is his most successful open source project that got international media coverage.

He was born in Germany, to English and German parents and grew up in Istanbul. He studied Computer Science in Germany and now lives in Brussels with his wife. At a young age he travelled the world with his parents, instilling an admiration of nature and the desire to explore the world.

His international and technical background as well as love for travelling provide an interesting and thrilling pool of ideas. He is currently building a sci-fi universe of its own for you to explore.
