oh lord it's been a while since I've been on here. For anyone who may be wondering, I unpublished Flicker because I decided it wasn't appropriate for me to be writing about mental illness in that way. It's a topic I'm very passionate about and I initially intended for the story to shed a bit of light on it, but I now realise that it may come across as if I'm trying to romanticise something I don't truly know a lot about. (Also the fact that the characters are real people makes it a bit awkward.) Because of this, I will likely also unpublish or even delete Vacancy, which is a cringey piece of shit I wrote 2+ years ago.
Hopefully this is the start of me coming back to Wattpad for good purposes, and more stories/poems that are not fanfiction. I've been writing fanfic for the good part of four years now and I need a break.
