the second member of the fatui harbingers,
mirai, formally known as plumeria. she was
born in sumeru, nation of the dendro archon.
not much is known of her history other than 
her place of origin and life after she joined 
the fatui. mirai is very kind at heart, but
her line of work has rendered her to be
more taciturn and aloof. she is often 
unforthcoming and is more demure than 
anything else. this polearm user wields a
cryo vision and anemo delusion. her resolve
in battle allows her to strike down her
foes fairly easily without any harm.
