his apathy is the first thing you could see  ,  past the animalistic grin  (  it's not natural  ,  but as long as he's drugged  ,  it'll stay that way  ) .
 he doesn't care , you would think  .  a talented athlete , who couldn't force himself to care less  .
his violence shows how wrong you would be  . 

for , he doesn't show he cares  ,  except maybe with the spilled blood of others  .  
he isn't soft  ;   his caring is sharp edges && pain  ,  promised protection he can stand by  .
the knives he has on him aren't just for show  .  
his apathy is a shield  ,  a shield for others from him , just as well as his shield from the world  .
