❝ it's just really scary how unpredictable people are. at one moment, they make you feel as if you're finally home and get you all comfortable and attached to them and the next they could be so brutally distant and harsh to you. that isn't everyone though. life has its own ways to teach us a lesson that is letting go of what doesn't want to stay. believe me what wants to stay will find a reason to, despite all odds. who wants to genuinely be with you will never abandon you. someone who doesn't wanna stay won't care how deeply you love them. it's a tough lesson to learn. i hope you let go knowing that the better is yet to come. stay strong. ❞

 ❝ There's so much more to life than finding someone who will want you or being sad over someone who doesn't. There's alot of wonderful time to be spent discovering yourself and someone may fall in love with you along the way. It doesn't need to be painful or empty. You need to fill yourself up with love, NOT anyone else. Become a whole being on your own. Go on adventures, wander around the city at night, bathe in the summer sun, sit in a cafe and observe, dress up for yourself, give to others, don't get mad, smile more. Do all things with love but don't romanticize like you can't survive without it. Live for yourself and be happy on your own. It isn't any less beautiful. ❞
