Nwaeke Favour

Meet Favour, a college student studying to become an orthotist and prosthetist. In her spare time, Favour enjoys writing and expressing her creative side through the written word. With a passion for helping others and a desire to use her writing skills to make a positive impact, Favour has found a way to combine her two passions.



As an orthotist and prosthetist, Favour will work with patients who have lost limbs or have mobility issues, designing and creating custom-fit orthotic and prosthetic devices to help them regain function and independence. This demanding field requires a great deal of knowledge and skill, and Favour is up to the challenge.



In addition to her studies and clinical work, Favour enjoys finding time to write in her spare time. Whether she's working on a personal essay or crafting a short story, Favour loves the freedom and creativity that writing brings. She hopes to use her writing skills to share the stories of the patients she works with, and to raise awareness about the important work of orthotists and prosthetists.
