And became a masked vigilante who goes by the moniker "stormbringer", in which marshall's entire character premise is finding himself again & hoping to fix his past errors, which is a lot harder for him to do when he's quite literally a public enemy, due to the fact that Everyone knows who he was before he put the mask on.
