TO THE BIO-

 It is said Soundwave can hear a fly sneeze. An opportunist, he uses anything he hears for blackmail to advance his status. Although he's despised by all the other Decepticons, Soundwave has thus far made certian his betrayers are made to pay for their actions. Soundwave's sensors can detect even the lowest energy radio transmissions. He's even able to read minds by monitoring the electrical brain impulses. Acting as a radio link for his comrades, he locates and identifies Autobots, then informs his fellow Decepticons. He carries a concussion blaster gun as a weapon of choice.

 Soundwave's greatest weapon is information. He is the eyes and ears of the Decepticons and will leverage any useful information to further his standing in Megatron's eyes. In combat, he controls the battlefield by ejecting his formidable minions, and he uses massive sound blasts to push the enemy away so he can finish them off with missiles and energy attacks.
