I love books. All kinds of books. Paper books. E-books. Old books. New books. Literary fiction. Science fiction. Mystery. Fantasy. Poetry. Throw a book at me and I'll catch it in mouth and eat it. 

I also write books. I have published three nonfiction books on the craft of writing. Now I'm heading into make-believe territory, working on a science-fiction trilogy that's got everything in it--from aliens and spaceships to a geek with a yo-yo and a robotic dog. It's also a bit of a military thriller with a dash of superhero thrown in. It's genre stew. That's what it is.
