I can't fall asleep 

Hey guys, the sound for my iPod touch is all screwed up, like when I have no headphones in and the musics up full blast I can't hear a thing but when I have headphones in and there not in my ears I can hear the music coming from my iPod instead of my headphones. Do any of you know how to fix it?
