just a reminder that no one is FORCING you to write fanfics, which also means that if you’re unable to think of your own plot, you can just quit instead of copying others! 
          	
          	Taking some inspo is fine, especially if you got permission from the original author, but I’m seeing people out there that don’t even TRY to hide that they’re copying me, mutuals, or literally whoever else on this app. 
          	
          	You don’t want to know how many people have messaged me and said “hey this user has a fanfic that’s a lot like yours”— I’m not saying this to flex. Should I feel honored to an extent? Idk, and I don’t mean to be rude, but please don’t copy others.

I've seen some fics that look like yours and it's not fair that they just copy or like use Ai instead of really writing it. Other writers spend hours on a chapter. Like if they just do that then they shouldn't bother.
