\\I don’t mean to be rude or anything, but people should be eating three meals a day, not two. Breakfast, lunch and supper, maybe even a few snacks in between. And the required amount of sleep is around 6-9 hours depending on how old you are. Younger children need more sleep so their bodies can develop properly; meanwhile full grown adults don’t need as much.

@AlfredKirklandz (idk how to write a nice responce and not sound bitchy, this isn't supposed to be rude i swear to gosh) yeah i know, i just say that because a bunch of my friends have problems even thinking of food or eating a meal so i tell them as long as they get food into them it's okay, me personally i can't stand eating breakfast because everything taste the exact same in the morning weather it's candy or 'healthy food', and the sleeping is because most people get up around the same time (5ish-8ish)  but they may loose track of the time or they might not be able to sleep so i tell them to aim for 7 hours instead or 8 or 9. I have problems sleeping 7 hours and i ususally only eat 1 and a half meals a day, i try to eat more but i an't because my brain thinks it's bad adn physically won't let me eat it and i wake up multiple times in the night usually around 2:50 something and then at 5, 6, 7, and 8. I'm only half sleeping between 6-8 because I'm waiting to be yelled at to get up. if i didn't wake up at 2AM or whatever then I'd get a solid 7 hours because i go to bed around 10 or atleast i aim for ten. I just set my goals lower then most people because i don't want ot aim for 100% and get 28% most people go for about 80-100% but i go for 60-90% and still fail even wiht the % goal lower. d'you understand why i go for 2 meals and 7 hours of sleep? If not it's because I know i can barely do that and my friends can't get the recomended amout. I'm sorry if this seemed rude or unpleasent in anyway shape or form, It was not entended to hurt anyones feelings. i hope you have an amazing day/night!
