I am retired. I began writing novels five years ago at the age of seventy. I write romance, fantasy action stories (novels) based on my my war experience in the 1960's. The period of time  when I was young. I am an old man that writes about young adults. I write to YAs to give them an idea of what it was like then. My writing is not historical, but has a historical base when there was a secret war at the same time of the Vietnam war.
     At times it is funny, dramatic, romantic, sarcastic and relates to the fundamentals of life.
I wrote what I BELIEVED to be nine Great works. I discovered they were first drafts and needed a lot of rewriting and editing.
NOTE:  I hope everyone will give me honest feedback and suggestions to make my stories better.
   Novels are new to me. My previous writing was in non-fiction, education and instructional. I also write Children Short Stories.
