I promised to some people that chapter 3 would arrive "soon", but that was unintentionally a lie on my part. I shouldn't have promised a third chapter while I was unsure of when I would finish it. I made this announcement to apologize! Sorry for the inconvenience, and keep in mind that the next chapter won't be released for a while for personal reasons I'm not yet comfortable sharing.
