@meesumr57 thank you so much! for the support and for reading! Honestly I've been hobby writing for around 10 years now, but moonrise is a project that i'd truly like to push through and complete. I'd been juggling this idea around in my head for about one to two years now but now i finally have a bit more time to put it on paper :)

          I’ve been on hiatus for a while but I had an intensely strong urge to come and share this. Idk if y’all heard about what’s happening on April 24th, but some really sick and disturbed people have declared that day “National Rape Day” where they claim to target many women and children. Even if the creators meant it as some cruel and disgusting joke, I am positive that there are scumbags out there who will take it seriously. Please stay safe everyone. Be extra cautious specially this Saturday and avoid going out by yourself. Keep an eye on your surroundings and walk in well lit places. Don’t wear your hair in a ponytail and wear tight clothing - it will help you avoid getting grabbed. If you drive check around, inside, and under your car before getting in. If you see any tiktoks supporting this disgusting trend report it immediately.
