HAVING A TATTOO on the ⠀⠀⠀ back of his right shoulder, stopping at the ⠀⠀⠀ middle of his back— the tattoo indicating ⠀⠀⠀ what organization he used to be in and how ⠀⠀⠀ high his position was.
