leaving this here to remind future me of the unfortunate (but amusing) way i violently threw up into my toilet, trying my best to keep my hair away from my face even though about half of it was stuck on my face anyways. because i’m stressing over tickets for the eras tour. and i still don’t even know if i’m gonna go because i have to get tickets off stub hub at the amazingly low price of a thousand dollars per ticket :) 

i look up at the sky, hoping to see the stars glittering bright enough to take my breath, twinkling as a flame in the wind, to see you again. but instead i see a flash, turning night into day for a sliver of a second, in an almost graceful manner, before it all goes dark again. a roar of thunder rips through, making all buildings and trees shake as it rolls past. i exhale, my breath rising, up and up in wisps of white that appear to be dancing as they slowly disappear, mocking me, for i wish to disappear too, but can't. all i can do now is cry, because i don't know how to get out of the emotional abyss you threw me into. so i sit alone, in my minds misery, blinking back the tears that pour out anyways. but i'm not entirely alone, as the sky weeps with me. tear after tear, sob after crash, drop after drop, scream for each flash, the sky and i grieve together, forever.
