Hi, friends!! It’s been awhile! 
          
          As we near the end of the semester, I’m editing some chapters and refining dialogue and descriptions (starting with Chapter 14)! 
          
          The plan is to edit all chapters leading up to the latest update so I can get a refresher on where the story is at…because school has kept me so busy I’ve forgotten the plans and paths I’ve prepared, which means if I write new content, I risk making filler content and losing direction. As a writer, I don’t like to waste time or words, everything I write is meaningful and is included for a very specific purpose. 
          
          So, here’s hoping I’ll be back in the next few weeks with an update! But for now, feel free to start rereading some chapters—you might find some new content in them!

Looking to update this upcoming Monday...be on the lookout for that notification...
          
          things are about to get real

Chapter 18 underwent some serious edits today. I HIGHLY recommend checking it out! :) everything that has been adjusted is to forward the plot and interest the process. 
          
          Changes Include:
          
          - BIG CHANGE: It is rewritten that Briar initially told the Council that she can communicate telepathically. It is NOT public knowledge, in case you are wondering why word hasn’t spread among the Narnians. (You’ll find out why, soon!) 
          - BIG CHANGE: Briar’s panic attack/flashback dialogue changed. 
          - more fluent dialogue between Edmund and Briar
          - more thought-provoking, important questions are asked 
          - overall smoothened description

Happy 73rd birthday to Chronicles of Narnia! I can't believe the fandom is this old. If I were smart, I would've waited and posted my surprise update today instead as a birthday present DX

CASTING ANNOUNCEMENT!
          The official cast of "Benevolence" has been posted! I highly recommend checking it out if you haven't already. Each actor/actress has been carefully selected to match each of my characters, and I think you'll find they're a great fit. 
          I will be updating each chapter in the future to have a GIF present at the beginning, as well as posting proofread/altered chapters with slight differences in them very soon.

          UPDATE CHANGE: After today, I will be switching to biweekly updates until further notice.  I want to have time to flesh out my thought process for each new part and be able to write and refine before I post. I don’t want to feel rushed and like I have to “crank out” content. Trying to update every week will make for lower quality chapters with a lot of filler content, and nobody wants that (especially me). I prefer to undercommit with school starting and surprise everyone with a extra update here or there instead. :) I hope you all can be understanding ‘:)
