Dear readers,
          Slight schedule change. I started working every Monday (combining it with law school and thesis on the other days), and it’s just not do-able for me to publish chapters on Tuesday anymore. I still want to keep the two-chapter weekly rhythm, so for now I am changing to Wednesday and Friday every week. Sorry for this!!
