Hey, sorry I accidentally deleted your comment on my profile. I meant to press reply rather than delete. 
          
          I was gonna say that the reason i dislike writing on mobile is bcs my phone is kinda shit. And when I get to a certain point in the story (usually the 10k words mark) it starts to lag and become unenjoyable.
          
          I've changed to a better phone now, though I still won't be writing in mobile.

@MeniirwastakenFUCK honestly thank you a lot. While reading this I was able to reflect on my own fanfics and I could definitely see points in time where I could increase the word count by just simply combining the contents of two chapters together when they pretty much talk about the same thing. 
            
            For quite some time I had always had a distaste for 1st person POVs since 3rd person always allowed me to just simply tell more about what's going on, stuff that a character whose POV we're reading wouldn't know. Now after reading Originium Gambit, it has opened up my views and I definitely see the merits in 1st person POVs. Like, would you believe me if I said Originium Gambit was the first book I read which had good introspection for the character whose POV we're reading.
            
            I'm currently writing a HSR fanfic but I'm taking after that I wanna write an Arknights fanfic about a Sankta mercenary. I hope I can continue having your guidance so I can improve my writing even more

            Then… to the Arknights fanfic.
            
            I chose to write Originium Gambit in first person simply because I wanted to try it. And the reason as to why it got 88k words (on the Word document) is because well, the inner thoughts of Ivan, his explanations, and whatever he thinks are central to the story. Being a first-person story and all that.
            
            I skipped most of the world building explanations because I’d assume the people looking for and reading an Arknights fanfic would’ve known about the setting and the characters by now.
            
            With first-person stories, you can be very minute with your story telling. You can be very detailed when you are making your character describe something or describe what he is doing in detail. Or to write about his thoughts when speaking to another person, likely strategizing or other cunning thoughts.
            
            Other than that, all the other previous things I mentioned still apply.
            
            Oh and by the way, both of those stories have no ‘side story’ of some sort. All of them are central to the main plot and progresses the story every chapter.

Remember that little discontinued April fools prank, well it wasn't all lies. I was indeed losing motivation to write that book. And now it's on hiatus
          
          I've instead gained motivation to write a different book, which is a crossover between Honkai : Star Rail and Ghostrunner 2.
          
          I've seriously improved my writing for this book, so check it out

Suddenly I have lost access to my home screen as there is only text about user not logged in, but looking at how I can  send this message, I'm clearly logged in. I have access to all of the other Wattpad features except for the home screen. there are two buttons. one says retry but when I press it nothing happens, the other says Find Stories To Read and when I press it it takes me to the search screen. While writing this, I appear to have lost access to the notification screen on my phone but not on my laptop. If anyone knows what's going on then please tell me
