hey!! so sorry to bother you but i wanted to ask a question. i have just finished day four of reprogramming my mind, and i was trying to shift last night and i was so confident i would too. but i still woke up in my cr. (just for background info i meditated with a subliminal and used a tweaked version of the cuddle/in your arms method) 
          i just wanted to ask if you have any advice?

also, thinking of writing a gavi or joão felix fix but have no idea how to start it off so please give me ideas
