An AU where everyone is born with a ring on their finger. 
          
          The color of the ring indicates the emotion that your soulmate is going through. For example: red is anger, yellow is happy, green is envious or disgusted, blue is sad.
          
          When you are around your soulmate, the ring turns purple.
          
          But- when they die, it turns black and falls off your finger becoming dust. Imagine weeping for someone you've never known.
          
          Will the lead be able to find her soulmate?"
          
          Is that intresting enough for a 24 minutes short story read?
