i start my college classes again tomorrow so i’ll probably be pretty inactive for awhile (i’m taking anatomy and chemistry this semester so i’m gonna die)

my manager is cutting down my hours to one day a week because we need to “cut down hours for slow season” but is giving everyone else three-four days a week and 100% committing fraud by saying she works 80-90 hours a pay period when she’s not even working close to that

@hvseunq also i just recently came back to this job. i worked there june 2023-august 2024 and started working there again this may since i transferred to the college in my hometown. she also didn’t tell me until after i started working again that i was only going to be able to work weekends and then she does this shit

@hvseunq it’s a family owned pottery shop and we don’t have an official clocking in/out system so my manager just gets to submit her hours (along with everyone else’s) however she wants while also giving her ALMOST FORTY YEAR OLD son 80 hour paychecks when he is there less than everyone else
