Jeremy has over twenty years of healthcare experience and brings a public service background to his current role. Before becoming a healthcare provider, he served as a police officer, which helped shape his dedication to helping others. In addition to clinical work, he has experience in real estate, operating a restaurant, and managing a storage facility. These ventures reflect his interest in building lasting value and serving his community in multiple ways.

Before completing a graduate program in orthotics and prosthetics, Berman earned a Bachelor of Science focusing on human movement science and sociology. His training included clinical rotations and residencies in different states, where he developed the hands-on experience necessary for his role. He attends educational events and industry seminars to stay informed about new technologies and treatment methods.

Berman resides in Findlay with his family and maintains strong ties to his local community. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, weightlifting, and flying small aircraft. He is a member of a local civic club and previously served in the military. During his youth, he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, reflecting his early commitment to service, responsibility, and leadership.
