Life is basically funny. People are basically funny. I can't help it if my stories are funny because I'm talking about people and life.

Have you read Terry Pratchett? If not, please do yourself a huge favor and read some of his books. He's brilliant, funny, insightful, poignant and most recently, dead. But that doesn't detract from his wonderful stories.

I like to think that my stories capture some of his qualities. Please tell me what you think.

I have two serialized novels:

Death by Haggis: a tongue-in-cheek detective novel with fairies

Annie Gomez and the Gigantic Foot of Doom: a YA story about smart, talented kids who are basically ostracized for daring to rise out of the slime of mediocrity. Annie is destined to try to save the world. One of her other friends is destined to fall in love with a tiny, amazing creature.

Both of these are completed and available on Amazon. You can read more about them on my blog.
