Some family stuff has come up, so I won’t have updates out as soon/quickly as I’d planned, but I am still here and I’m writing and catching up on reading in between! Be back as soon as possible!

Hi, guys! 
          
          I know I’ve been absent for a little while. This time of year is so busy that it’s hard to get any free time, but I’ve been writing here and there and have a new direction for a story which I’m super excited about!!
          
          You may have noticed that I’ve made some changes to my profile, like changing my username from Midge149 to Jasss149, I’ve changed my bio a little and I plan to go through my stories and make some tweaks where names are concerned. When I first started writing, I would use my own name for my characters as I felt I’d already based them so much on myself that I may as well. I don’t have a problem with that, but now I’m a little older, I do, personally, find it a little strange writing myself into stories. 
          
          SO. I’m going to change “Midge” to “Titch” as a lot of people in my life call me Midge. The character is still the same, same personality, same storylines. It’s just that rather than using my real name and nickname as her real name and nickname, I’m changing it to “Jade” and “Titch”. So it’s not too dissimilar, but I feel like I can delve further into her character that way. So I’m going to go through and edit my stories already published so that there’s no more “Jasmine” or “Midge” in them. 
          
          Kinda feel like it’s the end of one era and the beginning of a new one. I’ve been writing on here for 7 years now and still find it enjoyable, but I have to make these changes for the sake of my own writing.

Still here and still writing. Just lost my beloved cat a week ago that I had for 12 years so I’m quite sad atm but I’ll be back soon ❤️
