Half of your stress and those overwhelming thoughts come from allowing people's judgments to have such a strong impact on you that you stop thinking wisely and start believing that you deserve all the awful treatment and hurtful words they throw at you. Words can heal, but they can also break you. They hurt even more when someone close to you makes you feel vulnerable simply because they are unable to understand your situation.
You know yourself better than anyone else. You know what you're doing and what you've done, while others may be unaware of the whole situation. We can't control people's thoughts or the mindsets they have developed over time. It's their responsibility to work on their own mindsets, not yours.
The more you think about the comments people make about you, the more chaos you create inside your head. Eventually, you may end up making things even more difficult for yourself. Sometimes, the harsh judgments and constant jabs become too much to endure, especially when you have to face them every day. You carry all those emotions inside because you can't express them to anyone, as some people might simply see your feelings as an act of ungratefulness.
Try to train your mind to understand that you aren't the person others have described you to be based on their own mindsets. You aren't always at fault for everything. If you make a mistake, you deserve to be corrected, not constantly blamed or humiliated. Unfortunately, people who correct us kindly without judging us can be rare.
It hurts, and it will hurt because you're human and you have emotions. But try not to let yourself drown in negativity. You deserve to understand yourself without constantly questioning your worth because of someone else's judgment.
