I was just thinking back on books I read in grade school that impacted me. 2 of them were Miss Hickory by Carolyn Bailey and Animal Farm by George Orwell. What are some books you read at a young age that impacted you?

@inkysparrow I have animal farm! I haven't quite read it yet though. I also remember reading some of the American girl doll books. Now I mostly read warrior cats.

@Jul3s_Th3_s1lly I recommend Animal Farm. Although it seems like a book about farm animals, it's main theme is about hypocrisy.

Argh! I'm SO tired of all the ad bots spamming my book and profile comments! It's not so much the having to delete them, it's the sheer disappointment of coming to read a comment and finding out it's someone shilling their stuff!
