what the fuck has this app become

hi um today i’m appreciating the fact that i had this website through my preteen years. idk like i definitely wouldn’t be who i am today w/o wattpad, yk? like it sounds dramatic but this app allowed me to be me in my own unique ways and j learn and grow as a writer and a young girl. like i made so many friends with the same interests as me from this app and most of those friends helped me survive and stick around. and of course all the fanfics, they replaced the loneliness i felt through the years of my parents split and the not really having many friends at school. idk this app has always j been my safe place and i’m grateful i gotta grow up on here. lol i probably sound dumb but im j rambling

my friend really said “not to be rude, but dont come to my bday. i dont want to be around you ig you’re unhappy” like ghee thanks you’re really helping me not be sad 

not me being depressed on staus updates a few months ago because it was the only place my family couldnt see my posts

also what the fuck is the new wattpad layout its so ugly and confusing this app j keeps getting worse. switch to tumblr or ao3 y’all, at least they’re still free
