My theory: The end of the video a date is shown the date is when BP was released. X means 10. In the WTTBP video, Mikey is the only one that wears a military cross (resembling the X in MCRX) because he died in 'The Ghost of You's video, when they attacked the beach. It's implored that the rest of the members - Gerard, Frank, Ray, and Bob all survive and supposedly die of natural causes, instead of getting shot like Mikey did, and since Mikey got shot, he wasn't buried, and died on the battlefield instead of being given a grave, so the other four members were the only ones able to come alive again. The entire TBP album has a running theme of the events in the life of someone called 'The Patient?' Maybe he had a son, and you know the lyrics 'I'll leave you a phantom to lead you in the summer' maybe the Patient's son dies, and the Patient himself leads his son's spirit to the Black Parade. It has been 10 years since BP was released. The beginning of WTTBP played on repeat. The X in MCRX resembles a gravestone cross, and TBP has a theme of death. Gerard once said that if the band was going to continue as a "project" Mikey would likely not return and MCR would be called a different name because MCR wouldn't be the same without Mikey.
