hey friends.
          
          so i think i made a sort of semi-hiatus post before, but i'm just coming on here one last time to say i'm officially on hiatus and probably won't be coming back. i love wattpad because it was such a large part of my writing life for so long, but in some ways i feel like i've outgrown it. i want to be able to focus on my writing without worrying about reads/votes/comments, and i want some space to explore and nurture my style. unfortunately, that means taking a step back from this platform.
          
          that said, i also want to thank you all for being here with me and for me on wattpad. your support, love, and friendship have been so amazing, and though this isn't the space for me anymore, i'll be sad to leave all of you behind. best of luck on all of your future endeavors (writing or otherwise), and thanks again ♡

in other news donald trump is now president of the us and to all my american followers: this sucks. and i know a lot of u r legitimately scared for your basic wellbeing.
          but
          pls remember there r still lots and lots and lots of people who love and stand behind u, and remember that all we can do now is move forward--by continuing to love and take care of each other, and continuing to fight injustices. at the end of the day, this isn't the end of the world, and we still can choose to create a better world for ourselves. things will be ok.
