Generative AI actively worsens the environment and is taking up natural resources we NEED to live. it is using fresh water from towns. it is destroying the environment. if you are a writer and you use AI, you’re a pathetic excuse of a writer and you’re embarrassing.

if i write a tlou fic, season 2 WILL be based off of the games because the show is so fucking ass… holy shit its a dumpster fire.
@commanderponds | it’s ellie’s show personality in season 2 as a whole, dina’s casting, jewish erasure, and writing, along with the casting of abby. the biggest point of Season 2 is the cycle of anger and grief, but they made ellie significantly less angry than she was in the game (especially with dina’s pregnancy which her angry reaction was very important since it showed how deep she was in her need for vengeance.) dina is ethnically jewish and canonically bisexual, and she KNOWS her identity, and yet they made her say “you’re gay and i’m not,” and casted a known zionist and non-jew for her role. abby’s muscular build is very important for her character because it showed how important it was to seek revenge on joel, and how dedicated she was to taking him down. instead, they casted a petite short woman who is also a known zionist. on top of all that, they completely messed up the pacing of season two. a big part of people disliking abby is because we didn’t know why she killed joel until the middle of the games but in the show it showed us her drive immediately. it completely ruins the pacing.
If might ask as someone who has only watched the show and hasn’t played the game, What makes the show bad?
i rewatched the original star wars trilogy recently and luke skywalker is soo gay to me. like he likes boys. he needs a boyfriend.
my interest in writing has started to gradually decline. i’m a senior now, finally escaped a pretty much abusive household, but i lost my spark. i’m trying to gain that love i had for writing back, but it’s difficult. a lot of the things i used to write for (TWD mainly) i’m a lot less interested in.
on top of that, most of the main characters i wrote were female MCs, and they were the most loved. i usually project some parts of myself onto characters, since writing is a coping mechanism for me, but it feels hard connecting with my female MCs as a trans man.
Eloise is still one of my favorite characters i’ve written, and i MIGHT bring her back, but i have no idea if i’ll ever find my spark with writing again. my skills have also declined and it feel demotivating.
