After the whole ordeal with the Chimera Ants, it was strange how quickly Knuckle fell back into his usual life. Everyone got to go back hkme. For the trio, it meant heading back to home base. A big home where each member had their own space and room to do whatever they wanted. One early morning, Knuckle had just been relaxing in the living room. He hadn't even bothered to dress or do his hair yet. Due to his usual style, his hair was rather curly from the products and things like that he used.
He gave a soft yawn, laying on the couch as he went through his phone to check if he had any messages or just brows really. He'd gladly have a lazy day for once.

@KNUCKLE- hearing knuckle's lowered voice and the pressure against his shoulder starting to lessen as the other sat up, he looked over. then he smiled a bit and shook his head. "no, it's fine. don't be sorry . . ." he looked at him for a moment longer before glancing away, his hand a loose fist in his lap now. he really hadn't minded his friend laying on him like that.

@hotelrafflesia He'd been fast asleep for the most part, but once the movie started to pick up again with a fight scene Knuckle woke up slowly, managing to pull himself up straight before giving a small yawn. "Dammit, sorry." He mumbled as he rubbed his eyes. There was sounding groggy and then there was Knuckle who already had a natural groggy voice just dropping an octave somehow.

@KNUCKLE- shoot was actually quite enjoying the movie. after drinking all of his own drink, he set the cup back down and then ended up only focusing on the television screen. his attention was absorbed by the movie so he didn't notice that knuckle was asleep until he felt the extra weight against his shoulder. he quickly glanced over, his eyes widening a bit. after a moment, he relaxed and smiled a bit to himself at the sight of the sleeping man.

@enhanciings * the man nodded, a bit surprised that gon hadn't seen killua for a while. he figured they were almost always together. * i'm sorry to hear that . . * the hunter spoke softly. when knuckle was mentioned, his eyes widened momentarily before he smiled lightly at the thought of his partner. shoot nodded again. * yes, i have. quite a lot recently . . he's doing fine, in case you were wondering.

we did !! * gon giggled cheerfully, honestly happy with his choices. there was a vast sacrifice by everybody, but the outcome did come victorious. at the mention of his best friend, the boy shook his head, almost in disappointment that he hadn't for a bit. * no, i haven't, i'm sorry. it has been a while, now that i think about it. what about you ? and- have you seen knuckle ?

GAROU WAS NOT SOMEONE WHO EASILY FORGETS THINGS.
It was just a fact. Speaking of that fact, he remembered most things a little too clearly; faces, things people said that they didn’t even remember saying (something that weirded them out, at times), who he defeated, who he lost to— so it was no surprised that he remembered a face of someone who had helped him out when he was on a rather... straying path.
He saw Shoot while going down the street. A bag with coke bottles was in his hand, dangling nonchalantly. He didn’t run, not wanting the coke to explode when he opened it, but he had speed walked some, and then gave Shoot a gentle yet firm tap on the shoulder.
“Yo. One arm dude,” he said, then paused, “Shoot, right? Don’t know if you remember me— I’m Garou. Bloody park guy.” He snickered at that, “Aren’t you a friend of Knuckle’s?”

@HERO-HUNTER the young hunter was pretty good at remembering things, too. things that weren't easy to forget, like a guy bleeding out in a park one night. it wasn't every day something like that happened so, how /could/ he forget? anyways, it had been a nice, calm day for the man. he was just out for a walk, not really having a destination in mind, just walking to walk. he never expected to be approached by anyone and his guard was down so he didn't even notice the other man approaching him. the tap on the shoulder surprised him and made him tense up, eyes widening for only a moment. then he exhaled upon realizing that the guy wasn't a total stranger. shoot relaxed and nodded his head once. he had to bite his lip at the "one arm dude" thing, not particularly fond of being called shut. "i remember you. and yes . . that's me. how did you . . ?" then he nodded his head again, slower this time. "i am . . you know him?"
