It’s completely fine! You don’t need to stress yourself trying to update consistently. I’m sure everyone will wait as long as they need to for more content. You’re the author, so I think you have every right to update whenever you want and not on a strict schedule. (Unless you want to.) Health comes first, and I hope you feel better!
