I honestly don’t know how I feel about it. I’m excited to see it hoping some more things from the books will be included but I also know that no cast will ever match up to the og 

@giannaluvsdogs yes! as a fanbase we said goodbye to the golden trio when the last film came out, to re open that universe there is so so much we are going to loose as filling in these gaps leaves no room for interpretation, which is how Emma,Dan and Rupert left it!! Even recasting member of the original cast that are still alive is so unfair, people like Gary Oldman and David Thewlis are still about and active in the acting community, it makes no sense to insult their originality in the character by recasting!!

@llvrcpid EXACTLY! Production finished like 8 years ago!!!!! They just built theme parks around the films. Dan, Emma, Rupert and so many other HP actors struggle to find work now because everyone resonates them with their characters in the films. They’ve literally given their careers to the series, and replacing them is traitorous.
