Like, I'm not kidding when I say that I literally panic when I think of the mere possibility that the people around me are people I can't trust, or don't trust me. I will immediately sit at home and not contact anyone or just be really quiet until I feel better again.
lmao I do leave everyone on read though. I do not reply what so ever until I think its fit to. Otherwise I'll stare at the message for 3 minutes, think about replying for 3 hours, then forget about the message. Don't take it personally, I do it to everyone.
