It can always be said that we live in troubled times.  Though at present times things are more troubled than they have been in a long time.  The greatest military power in the history of the world is led by a man and a movement that is very unpredictable.  It  seems that almost any action may be taken at any moment no matter the cost to anyone be they friend or foe.  So let's imagine that the US decides to invade Canada and that they are shocked to discover that Canada was ready
