          “Don’t mind him, Soraha. Eat up,” Rio smiled at me before taking a spoonful of his ice cream.
          
          I looked at mine and opened it. I hesitated, staring at the ice cream for a second. It’s in the Rocky Road flavor. I wondered if it was just a coincidence or if this boy behind me knew this was my favorite.
          
          I opened the wooden spoon and took a small, absentminded bite. The familiar taste of the spoon struck me first before the ice cream.

          Then, without a word, he lifted the camera again and checked something on the screen. His thumb hovered over a button. I waited until he finally lowered it.
          
          "I will," aniya na ikinahinga ko nang maluwag.
          
          "after I print it."
          
          Nanlaki ang mga mata ko sa sinabi niya.
          
          What?!
          
          "Hoy?!" I looked at him in disbelief.
          
          He turned slightly, already stepping back from me. "It was a good shot."
