Anxiety and depression are just one of the many things that I have dealt with. And from where I come from, it's hard to make people understand about your past and what your going through which is why I keep it a secret. So I advise you to share with someone, ONLY someone you could trust. If not, then writing it down, and venting in your notebook, it helps. Also listen to some music, if it helps you. But if you need any recommendation on which song artist to listen to, feel free to message me privately. Please comment on my profile or in the poem if you have anxiety or probably dealt with it but don't know if you have. You are not alone in this fight!

Can't believe I have 100+ reads!!! Thank you guys for reading Serenity!! I am so excited for when the 11th chapter is updated! I hope you guys are loving this book as much as I am! But to tell you the truth, sometimes life gets in the way of things and there are times when I don't even feel motivated, which is why I hardly update...
