kira spent the majority of the day prior preparing a boat load of gifts for isuzu’s birthday. every moment she had to spare, she would step away to face-time or send a reassuring a loving text message to assure her that kira wasn’t going anywhere, and she was thinking about her every second.
now that she was on her way to isuzu’s place from her own home, she walks down the street with multiple bags floating above her, fixated on her phone for the moment, getting frustrated that her plans cancelled last minute. she sighs, pocketing her phone as a container lowers down into her hands—home cooked food kira made for isuzu, which also happened to be her favorite meal.
she turned the knob and opened the door, making her way inside with the presents following. “oh suzuuu, darling.. I have many surprises for you~” she purrs, carefully setting everything down in the kitchen, while she searched for her darling girlfriend.

I could eat you right up,” she comments while taking her into the kitchen. she looks up at the flustered girl, her lips pursed as she listened to her adorable debt of gratitude. her smile only grew wider by the second. yet, to her surprise, isuzu leans in to kiss her, happily accepting it as she pulled her down, kissing her more passionately. her hands explore her curves before they wrap around her waist, a soft hum against isuzu’s lips before she pulled away. “I did not mean literally, darling. but with you, I just might~” she purrs, her head tilted to look up at her—all of her, like she was admiring a goddess. “I think I’m the luckiest woman in the world just to have this moment with you, darling. you don’t have to thank me on your special day, I know you’re grateful. happy birthday, suzu.” she stands there for a moment to admire her a little longer before picking her back up and setting her down onto the floor. “what would you like to do first, darling?”

@-STABBYBABY | isuzu looks up at her in confusion after feeling the weight of the blankets suddenly lift off of her . her cheeks flush as the woman got closer , kneeling to her level and offering a hand to help her up . she gratefully accepted it with a loving , yet tired smile . “ oh— w-well that’s no problem ! i appreciate the messages and phone calls . but— ” before she could continue , she was lifted up off of the ground , her blush growing furiously as she clung onto kira . “ i-i can’t imagine that it’s for a bad reason , s-so don’t worry about it ! i forgive you .. but , why are you in such a hurry ? ” she asks curiously . her question soon answered itself once kira walked down the hall and showered her with gifts and compliments . isuzu’s face was burning red as she couldn’t bring herself to look at her , like her heart would burst if she did . “ a-all day ? oh wow , i-i’m so lucky ! ” she tried her best to sound enthused — and despite how nervous she sounded , she was . “ thank you , truly— f-for everything , kira . i love you more than anything in this world and i hope you know that . ” she closes her eyes to calm her nerves , leaning in , much to kira’s surprise , to give her a peck on the lips as a gesture of gratitude for going out of her way to make isuzu feel special on her day .

@f-femdeku / kira looked down at the container in her hands, then down at the hall, and shrugging as she decided to leave it in the fridge for her later. she then walked down the hall, peeking her head in the doorway with a large grin, fangs and all. “awww there’s my adorable little sweetheart. I’d ask you how you slept, but it looks like you got yourself comfortable,” she says jokingly as she walks into her room, the blankets on her now levitating above surrounded by a purple aura. she knelt down and helped isuzu up, brushing her messy bangs out of her face. “I’m sorry that you were alone for a night, darling. I promise it was for a very good reasonnn~” she cooes, stepping closer as she lifted up the taller girl by the thighs to carry her out of the room. the demoness carried her out into the kitchen, revealing the abundant amount of gifts bought just for her birthday. she set her down onto the island counter, leaning in close seductively, licking her lips. “and that’s not the only surprise, sugar. you’ve got me all day~ well.. that, and a homemade meal for you. I’ve been thinking about this moment all week. I’ve been thinking about you.. fuck, I’m so down bad.”

/ this isn’t exactly what you asked for but it is kira in her demon form and it’s incredibly angsty so here you go bb
kira stood at the threshold, the storm curling around her ankles like it was trying to pull her back. she had left isuzu alone here for a few hours, knowing that the girl wouldn’t follow her then. not in this storm.
the rain soaked her tangled hair, plastering it to her sharp, inhuman features. her horns half-hidden beneath strands of dark violet locks, wings dragging low, tattered and heavy like the guilt she wore on her shoulders. the warmth of the house escaping by her in the doorframe. her golden eyes glowing in the dark and brooding squall.
her hand trembled as it reached for the handle, an unwavering conflict eating her up inside. every instinct in her body told her to turn away. to run. to hide. but that saddened look in isuzu’s eyes from the last time kira left her was haunting. she could never forget it. how much pain she brought to the woman she loved.
the door slowly creaked open as she stood there for a moment, her heart caving in her chest. she didn’t know what she looked like then—some /thing/, some disaster crafted by unforgiving hands that mistreated her. her face covered in the demonic scars that broke her.
“I.. I couldn’t do it,” she spoke softly, her voice raw, deep, intimidating, even. “I wanted to run again, but..” there was a small pause for effect as the thunderstorm rumbled outside. “I can’t. you.. you got some hold on me somehow, even when I look like this.”
she stepped inside, leaving a trail of mud and water, her wings dragging on the floor. she slowly pushes the door closed, and once she heard the door shut, she fell to her knees. “like some monster. why do you love a monster like me..?” she said in a soft whisper, her voice cracking. her scaled hand lifted up to cover her face, horrified how she perceived herself.

@-STABBYBABY | “ it wasn’t me that told you to come back , kira . that was all you ! ” she sobbed happy tears . “ you let your heart decide , instead of your head . i’m .. so proud .. ” she muttered , wiping away her tears so that she could comfort her girlfriend . isuzu gave her space to walk inside , seeming alarmed when kira suddenly broke down and fell to her knees . she instinctively caught her , gently wrapping her arms around kira while she inspected her wings for any signs of injury . “ you’re not a monster , ” she said firmly , a frustrated look in her eyes . “ kira , physical appearance does not define what a monster is . you’re not terrifying .. you’re just misunderstood . you didn’t ask to be this way , ” she explained rather logically , as a way to comfort both herself and kira by remaining calm — something that kira had taught her . “ i love you because of all the things that makes you the opposite of what a monster is . you’re beautiful , strong , capable , loving .. you always know how to comfort people . you think of the finest details that make me really happy , and .. you came back . despite everything , you chose to be happy . you chose to love yourself , ” isuzu says , speaking in a very flattering and gentle voice . she pulled kira’s hands away from her face , a soft glow in her emerald hues as she stared into her golden ones . “ i love you because even now .. the only thing that’s selfish about you is how you see yourself . when all i see .. is someone worthy of protecting . someone worthy of /love/ , kira . i’m so glad that you didn’t leave this time . ”

@-STABBYBABY | i love you thank you for this T_T also sorryyy it’s two responses teehee isuzu was in her pajamas bundled up with many blankets on her couch , trying to enjoy a book despite the thunderstorm breaking her concentration , and the lingering anxiety she felt when kira was away keeping her mind active when she wanted to relax . she gave up on thinking that kira would come back hours ago , her eyes still red and swollen from the crying she recovered from not too long ago . eyes darting to the doorway , her head turning on impact as soon as she heard the door handle turn , isuzu saw kira make her way back home . oh thank goodness ! isuzu was incredibly relieved , her expression shifting into a more concerned look . she got up as quickly as she could , which only resulted in the clumsy girl tripping and falling onto the floor before she finally made her way back up and over to kira . after kira first spoke , isuzu stood there in disbelief . a wave of emotions washed through her as tears streamed down her face . she was so happy to see progression in kira’s healing process that guided her back to the place that makes her happy . she was also sad that , despite ignoring every instinct to run away , kira still saw herself as some monster .. when in reality , isuzu thought that she was more human than anyone .

@-STABBYBABY | this is beautifullll you fiend T_T i’m going to be crying for the next hour now . i’m going to reply to this some later time but i have to say that kira is enoughhh . she has such a sweet soul and her redemption arc isn’t easy but she gets through it . she’s so strong and beautiful and loving and the world was cruel to her but she made it out like the queen that she is !
