@gunnedown,                 ⋆  jiyue doesn't normally have an interest for such things. but maybe they were in a good mood today, or the girl piqued his interest, or.. something? but they were content to listen, mentally noting down what she said. at her sudden start he can't help but chuckle, a gentle sound that warms you to the core.  ⋆              no, i — -         that's completely fine. i didn't mind at all. you sounded really invested, so i didn't want to interrupt.

[ And on she goes about her guns, how her precious rifle was made, the materials — she was meticulous about each detail. There's a few pauses from when she has to stop and take a breath. It's only at her third pause that she realises she's been talking their ear off, ]   Oh— Sorry. I'm distracting you from your work . .   You can talk my ear off, I'll listen :).
