        Bro I want to do more art and I have commissions and I am excited to do more but I’m too depressed to even get dressed. Does anyone have any tips for motivating yourself when you have bad mental health? :(

          @explodingbleed I think talking with someone really help! Or like writing down what you wanna accomplished in the day and like doing it as a check list. It feels when when you accomplish a task and can check that off for they day even if it’s just getting out of bed. Music helps a lot. Also don’t forget to eat because that increases anxiety and all that. Do small things because every little thing counts. I believe you can do it love! And if you want someone to talk to I’m here <3

          @TpwkNat Thank you so much, it’s reassuring to know that just doing little things at a time will help! I think I just see all these productive people on social media but I need to remind myself everyone has down days. ❤
