Brian is a professional civil engineer scraping by in Minnesota with Trouble, his laser pointer-obsessed moggie tortiseshell; Kip, an adopted boxer mix, (Max, our fetch-obsessed chocolate lab had liver/kidney failure and we helped him die on Feb 13 of this year, he was only eleven); Teague, his amazing five year-old son; and Kim, the loves of his life, who are probably obsession-free.

"Lubbock or Leave It" now in State of Horror: Texas from Rymfire ebooks was inspired by colleague Devin Harnois' attempt to make "Wiggle Room" by David Foster Wallace (more) interesting--by adding zombies.

Brian blogs and participates in the forums on sffworld.com and nanowrimo.org as expatrie.

"Industrial Disease" in Live and Let Undead from the Library of the Living Dead press available December 2011. (Only six five four three two more years to rights reversions and reprints!)
