Fingers—grotesque, bone-exposed—began to tear through the edge of the shutter. Nails scratched, bent metal groaned.
          
          They were clawing in.
          
          Seungcheol swallowed. Hands trembling slightly, he gripped the steering wheel, shoved the car key in, and twisted it.
          
          VROOOM.
          
          The engine roared to life.
          
          His heart thudded with it.
          
          He shifted to first gear, slammed his foot on the clutch—and as the shutter ripped open, revealing the snarling face of a zombie pulling itself under, he gunned the gas.
          
          CRASH.
          
          The coupe exploded forward, shattering through the partially torn shutter like a bullet. The zombie was launched into the air with a crunch as steel met rotted flesh.
          
          He didn't slow.
          
          More were ahead—dozens flooding the street, climbing over each other, arms reaching, eyes glowing.
          
          But Cheol didn't hesitate.
          
          He gritted his teeth, shifting gear again, roaring through the horde. The car bumped, smashed, swerved—flesh hitting metal, bones snapping under tires.
          
          "I'm not dying here," he muttered through clenched teeth. "I'm not playing your game, Genie."
