The best piece of advice I can give you is that, there are going to be times in life where you fall down and you feel like you don't have the strength to get back up, but if you fail you try again and again and again for as long as you've tried, there is always the chance of getting back up and it's not the end until you've given up, or you can learn something from Alec Grey when he says; Life is like a piano, the white keys represent happiness and the black keys represent sadness, but as you go through life's journey, you have to remember, the black keys make music too.
