I'm scared bro two of the lovely people on this app (misty and Harvey) are quitting and now one of my fav youtubers is quitting

I need opinions
          so I'm going to attempt (key word ATTEMPT) to make a Vocaloid song 
          
          so I have a question,
          do I make the lyrics be in english or Japanese
          
          I don't know Japanese so it'd be hard to make a decent song but hypothetically if I ended up putting it on YouTube it's less likely to be taken down for violating terms of service 

migranes so traumatic if I think I'm going to get one I start hyperventilating and have to chug down water and take pain medicine to prevent it 
          
          I'm scarred from getting sick in school, I hate my migranes cus they make me feel like Im going to pass out and like my entire body is being compressed and I also like being able to see which I can't with my migranes <heart eyes emoji>

          When a person is injured, their wounds will heal as normal but will scar, and if a person dies when they are regened with no injury but they have a scar. so you can see how different people have died 
          
          eg. Trophy will have a scar on his abdomen from being stabbed there and Soap will always have a non-functioning eye for the rest of her life
