Dr. Eugenio Galindo

Dr. Eugenio Galindo is certified in Medical Oncology through the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has served in the Rio Grande Valley for over 28 years. He is the Medical Director for McAllen Oncology, PA. and served as Medical Director of Cancer Center at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance. He has been involved with Lymphoma/Leukemia Society, current Board Member of Doctors Hospital at Renaissance, and actively participating to bring the latest in treatment and screening to the Rio Grande Valley. He completed his fellowship on Medical Oncology and Medical Hematology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, served as Chief Fellow at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, and is a member of American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association Hidalgo-Starr Counties Medical Society, American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the Texas Society of Medical Oncology. He has received several awards including the Aedel Askari Award Graduate resident who has manifested the highest level of ethical compassionate and human standards of patient care during his training and has authored several medical publications on Oncology. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
