Lou Millares is an author from the Philippines, currently based in Cebu City for his law school education at the University of San Carlos College of Law.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication (Summa cum laude, Class of 2018) from the Ateneo de Davao University in Davao City. In college, he held several positions in various publications, from being an editor in chief down to a layout artist.
His works center on gay romance, debuting with Dazed in Love back in 2012 (Dazed in Love is still under extensive reconstruction).
